Senior Industrial Engineer
Bring your experience and ideas to support core industrial engineering functions in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) department, where IBP is responsible for evaluating data and establishing executable schedules and production plans that drive the entire enterprise. This role will support production simulations, including impact analysis and development of recommendations to support strategic decision making to support Bell’s strategic initiatives.

Collaboratively identify and implement the required Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Measure resources toexecute business objectives and initiatives regarding but not limited to: SOP / SIOP / IBP Supply Analysis COE Coordination and Capacity AnalysisFactory Labor Base Staffing Analysis, Maintenance ReportingAd Hoc Performance Reporting, Measurement and Process DevelopmentRate Tooling Capacity Plan Coordination Process DevelopmentCapital Plan Requirements Coordination, Process Development, Approval ReportingI.E. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology within Systems, Computer, Industrial, or Manufacturing.Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience. 5 years of Industrial Engineering, Operations Systems Design, Systems Engineering experience, and/or manufacturing industry experience.
