Partner with the bestSenior Industrial Designer transforms complex systems, human needs and technologies into beautiful and intuitive inspection products/services that will seamlessly blend into the user's everyday job and improve it.
As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for:
· Gather stakeholders insights and framing opportunities for innovation
· Mapping activity and experience flow, synthesizing opportunities into actionable directions.
· Using research analysis: understanding users, business expectations, use case, competitors, framing the challenges focus on user needs
· Creating ideas for user-focused solutions and experiences through tough points.
· Expressing design solutions and strategies through experience flow frameworks, inspiration boards, experience storyboards, sketches, 3d models for renderings, and mass production.
· Gathering sample user feedback and validating insights in terms of ergonomics and usability with key stakeholders and leaders.
· Creating and cultivate a distinctive Design Language that embodies the brand identity and ensures a consistent brand experience.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
· Have a minimum of 6 years of design experience, with design consulting experience is a plus. A major in product or industrial design (or equivalent) is preferred.
· Be able to translate user needs, technical realities, brand attributes and business needs into compelling products.
· Have experience working with ENG/Manufactories through to mass production. Experience with productivity/tool/industrial products is a plus.
· Have experience in leading clients and junior designers through the design process.
· Have strong visualization skills: from quick concept sketching to complete presentation sketches, 3D CAD modeling (Creo/Solidworks/NX, Rhino, or similar programs) to rendering (Keyshot, Cinema 4D or other similar programs).
· Have excellent storytelling and narrative skills, especially around your craft as well as outstanding communication, presentation, and design team collaboration skill.
· Be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
