Job Description:

 1.    Manage sourcing and tendering for marketing-related categories such as events, creative production, and printed materials, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery.
  2.    Develop and maintain supplier relationships, establish a vendor pool, and implement supplier lifecycle and tiered management mechanisms.
 3.    Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
 4.    Monitor contract performance and drive cost optimization, ensuring procurement compliance and risk control throughout the process.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or marketing sourcing.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Familiarity with procurement systems and supplier management best practices
