As a Senior Indirect Regional Supplier Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will join our team in Indirect Procurement as the primary MRO Category Lead in North America at one of the world's largest semiconductor companies.

Responsibilities:
Collaboration—You will collaborate with internal customers and external suppliers, crafting strategies to ensure a robust and efficient supply chain. The position partners with internal customers and Global Procurement to develop and implement category strategies and related projects, including cost reduction, supply base optimization and contract negotiation.
Sourcing—You will source solutions and services for MRO spares, calibration/measurement, and various service offerings. You will operate within established processes to conduct RFx activities and apply demand management.
Strategy—You will be an important part of our team's work to build category strategies to drive savings, value, assurance of supply, quality and supplier performance within your assigned categories.
Negotiation—You will take the lead in identifying and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and will partner with our Legal team to complete contracts. Your ability to drive alignment with team members and develop negotiation strategies will be critical for success.
Management—You will manage Micron’s relationship with key suppliers and have responsibility for holding suppliers accountable, resolving issues, and improving supplier performance. Internally, it includes leading the MRO Supplier Manager team for North America.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years experience in strategic sourcing or similar roles preferred
Experience in negotiations and willingness to engage in critical conversations and advocate for Micron's interests
Experience in contract redlining/reviewing (including Service Agreements and Statements of Work, Software licensing)
Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to independently work well in a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of multitasking
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics or similar fields of study, preferred
