Implementation Senior Specialist 


What can you expect?
An Implementation Senior Specialist is responsible for the smooth transition of clients' data and processes onto the company’s platform. It is a client facing role, where the person ensures client’s revenue growth by obtaining local brokerage appointments. The work is done with both client and internal stakeholders, such as brokers, COE (Center of Excellence) and GBM team (Global Benefits Management).
 
A Senior Implementation Specialist is considered an individual contributor, working on his/her client portfolio, with guidance from senior team members whenever needed.

We will count on you to:
Review data from the client and internal stakeholders and identify issues
Build and proactively execute effective implementation plan for clients, ensure all local documentation needed is delivered on time
Help communicate changes and processes to clients
Work on timely follow up to both colleagues and clients on open action items and tasks
Focus on keeping all members of the team informed on important aspects of the client work being done (regular touch base or email updates)
 

What you need to have:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in an international environment
Excellent proficiency of English
Strong organizational skills
Good stakeholder management skills
Previous work experience in similar position
Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role
