Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field10-15 years experience managing complex transformation projects in multinational firmsProficiency in project management methodologies and continuous improvementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholdersSkill in problem analysis and decision-makingExcellent communication skillsChange management knowledge (certifications preferred)Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.IFM Operations experience is highly desirable.

Manage client Transition projects using standard toolsEnsure Transition plan meets client expectationsCoordinate with Workstream leads on key tasksImplement project protocolsLead meetings, identify issues and risksSupport solutioning as neededManage Transition budgetParticipate in client presentations
