Job DescriptionThe Implementation Coordinator manages projects for both new and existing clients. You will work with the client to understand objectives, set realistic expectations for meeting those objectives, and deliver and manage to a project plan. You will guide and support the client throughout the project, research and resolve issues and deliver a project that meets expected outcomes and a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsible for all aspects of project implementation, working with the client and internal project teamConduct kick-off meetings with every new client to review expectations and to create a written project implementation plan with milestones and deliverablesDevelop and monitor project implementation plan in accordance with contract agreement to meet client expectationsOrganize, lead and document regular client and internal project team meetings throughout implementation and post go-live to present and review project activities, establish deadlines and keep project on trackMonitor every step of the implementation process and project progress; anticipate potential issues and manages detailsEnsure clients experience a high level of service by managing expectations and being responsive to their needsCommunicate project status and disseminate project information to client and internal project teamEvaluate client needs, develop configurations that support business processesDefine and execute on delivery and implementation plansTest and troubleshoot final system setupsProvide training and end-user support during the implementation processMaintain and tracks issues submitted by clientsEscalate client issues for resolutionShare knowledge with internal team members and update documentationYou will report to the Implementations ManagerQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience4+ years of relevant work experienceProject management skills and an understanding of implementation processesProficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of different operating systemsTrack record demonstrating excellent client relationship and service skillsRelationship management skills fostering good working practices with all stakeholders and clientsHR experience is a plusAdditional InformationBenefits/Perks:
