Summary about the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Consultant with deep expertise in Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity solutions for consumer-facing applications, with a strong focus on tools like Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, or Auth0. Responsibilities/ Day to day + Lead the end-to-end delivery of CIAM solutions, including requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, and support. + Design and configure authentication, authorization, and identity federation flows using modern protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML). + Develop and manage identity policies, access controls, and user journeys tailored for consumer applications. + Collaborate with security, development, and product teams to ensure seamless and secure user experiences. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and engineers. + Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to digital identity and privacy. Skills / Experience + 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 3 years in CIAM. + Hands-on experience with one or more CIAM platforms: Ping Identity (PingOne, PingAccess, PingFederate), Okta, ForgeRock, Auth0, etc. + Strong understanding of identity protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM. + Experience with JSON-based policy configuration, API security, and token management. + Familiarity with user lifecycle management, consent management, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
