WSP are looking for a Senior ID Manager to support our projects in Riyadh. + Lead and supervise interior design (ID) works, managing a dedicated team throughout all project phases. + Collaborate closely with architects and other design disciplines (spec. lighting, MEP final fix etc) to resolve any design or construction-related issues, ensuring seamless project execution. + Provide expert input on the selection of materials and finishes, balancing client preferences with architectural and project requirements. + Contribute to and approve construction ID details, guaranteeing alignment with the overall design vision. + Manage and review construction documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements....etc, to ensure all design intent and modifications are reflected & highlight any discrepancies in the design. + Maintain accurate as-built drawings for project records. + A Bachelor’s of Architecture, or a related subject + Preferably 15+ years’ experience in Architecture, ID and Design with a background on + Architectural design management + High-rise tower (Ideally 300+ meters) + Have been part of a Design team leading the delivery of large-scale projects, in the Middle East + Transferable Iqama Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
