This critical role focuses on the design, implementation, and administration of secure, scalable, and compliant access management solutions for our diverse clientele across various sectors within the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the architecture, deployment, and configuration of IBM Security Verify Access Manager solutions. * Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federated Identity Management. * Integrate access management with enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory) and cloud identity providers. * Develop custom authentication mechanisms, access policies, and user flows. * Design and maintain OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML integrations with internal and third-party applications. * Perform upgrades, patches, and ongoing operational maintenance of access management components. * Troubleshoot complex access control and federation issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement resolutions. * Collaborate with IAM architects, application owners, and security teams to align with enterprise identity strategy. * Develop detailed design documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation playbooks. * Support audits and compliance efforts by providing appropriate access logs, configurations, and evidence. **Required technical and professional expertise** Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain with hands-on SME and implementation expertise. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Verify Access Manager / IBM ISAM * Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, and MFA protocols. * Experience integrating applications with SSO platforms and identity providers. * Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash). * Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integration of IAM tools into CI/CD pipelines. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
