Job DescriptionReporting to the VP of Paid Media, you will create impact within our Direct Investment Team. We take pride in our collaborative work with teams like Media Strategy and Programmatic, and in running campaigns for one of the world's most recognizable global retail brands.
You'll guide strategic sponsorship and partnership media campaigns across European markets, managing partner relationships and becoming the main contact for a tier-one client in the retail sector. This role is central to delivering impactful, B2B and B2C campaigns that improve brand awareness and engagement. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Craft media recommendations that reflect tactic selection and data-driven decision-making. Ensure these plans include negotiated value and savings.Be a trusted advisor to clients and partners, providing applicable insights.Oversee campaign planning, ensuring delivery and troubleshooting issues.Collaborate with analytics to convert campaign data into relevant insights, leading the team in delivering optimisation recommendations aligned with KPIs.Refine media buying processes for greater effectiveness.Forecast timelines and resources required, providing senior leadership with regular updates on team performance, campaigns, and outcomes.Partner with senior leaders to agree on priorities, address challenges, and ensure smooth campaign execution.QualificationsOver 4 years of experience in direct partnerships, bringing digital video and OOH media to market for B2C accounts.Understanding of the media landscape in the European markets, with the ability to source partner opportunities.Comfortable with data manipulation in Excel, Google Sheets or Tableau.Previous team management or mentoring experience.You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
