To join CLEAResult as a Senior HVAC Outreach Representative! You will be responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted HVAC energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings.
The successful candidate will be based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, or Northwest Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory.

Recruit, educate and develop relationships with local contractors to encourage effective marketing of programs.
Create and execute outreach strategies to small business and large commercial/industrial customers
Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets
Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes and outreach strategy effectiveness
Establish relationships with all stakeholders in the energy efficiency landscape including contractors, customers, and utility client.
Stay informed on emerging energy efficiency technologies.
Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs to stakeholders.
Lead researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses and identifying customers to be targeted on behalf of the programs.
Manage the base of registered HVAC contractors participating in the specified programs.
Prepare data for weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.

Be self-motivated and display an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, such as working in energy efficiency programs, a technical role working with contractors and/or sales related work.
Experience with using Microsoft Office Products and other outreach tools.

This is a hybrid working environment, including remotely from home, in the office, and in the field performing outreach to our customers and trade allies
Target Compensation
$70,000-$80,000 / USD Annually + Annual bonus incentive

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
