Your Impact\: This position with Amentum is to support the United States Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) J2 Directorate. Your analysis and assessment will be vital to the decision making of senior leaders. You will witness the impact of your analysis indirectly on the battlefield and through strategic decisions made by our leaders throughout the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities\: The employee is responsible for conducting all-source Intelligence analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers. The analyst applies analytic tradecraft standards to conduct research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of the team’s mission. The employee shall provide personnel with skills and knowledge to support the J2 Directorate, to include, in some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning. Contractor personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USSOCCENT Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan). All-Source contract personnel shall have and maintain the ability to gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas; Analysis, Production, Application and Dissemination – Current and Term, Daily Production, Graphics and Visual Information, Write for Release, Current Intelligence Support, Political/Military, Terrorism, Cyberspace, Human Terrain/Socio-Cultural, Geospatial Intelligence, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Energy/Environmental, Ballistic Missiles, Compromise Mitigation Support, Open-Source, Order of Battle, Target Intelligence Analysis, Target Materials Analysis, and Target Discovery and Network/Systems.

Requirements\:
− A minimum of 12 years of total intelligence experience in analysis, targeting, and/or HUMINT collection positions within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
− A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience as a HUMINT collection management officer or reports officer.
− A graduate of a recognized DoD or Intelligence Community agency HUMINT collection management certification course. − (U) Advanced understanding of HUMINT policy, authorities, regulations, and operations to assist in the planning, execution, and exploitation of HUMINT collection to maximize effectiveness of HUMINT against identified collection requirements.
− Strong proficiency in preparing, editing, performing quality control on, and releasing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and/or other intelligence reporting to ensure all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that information meets defined reporting thresholds.
− Strong proficiency with the current suite of available analytic and collection management tools, databases, and repositories, including, but not limited to, CRATE, CHROME, GCOMS, or equivalent databases.
− Strong mastery of written communications to edit and write reports.
− Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
