We are looking for an HR professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Partner in Pullman, WA! In this role, you will coach employees and supervisors on various personnel topics, handle employee relations issues with utmost professionalism and confidentiality, develop and roll-out career ladders in partnership with subject matter experts, manage initiatives/projects to improve processes and procedures, recruit and hire the best employee-owners, teach and train employees and supervisors on standard HR processes and complex behavioral topics, and provide exceptional customer service to those you support.

As a Senior Human Resources Partner, a typical day might include the following:
Demonstrated knowledge of the business; act as business partner in one or more HR areas.
Has established partnerships across the organization, cultivating a supportive environment.
Influences and improves broad HR processes and procedures.
Uses reporting and metrics available to help drive decisions.
Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
Work independently and is a resource to others in solving broad problems encountered.
Supervising a small team of other HR Partners.
This job might be for you if:
You possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field
You have eight years experience within Human Resources or a related field
You have solid knowledge of laws and legal practices and procedures as it pertains to HR area
You have the ability to partner with and align diverse groups
You have excellent listening, coaching, customer service and interpersonal skills
You have strong analytical ability and problem resolution skills
You have ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
You are able to demonstrate your ability to handle/prioritize tasks
You have the ability to work independently, accepting ownership for assigned responsibilities
You possess proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an HRIS system and processes

Salary Range DataWe anticipate filling this position as a Senior Human Resources Partner $90,000 - $120,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
