The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources and Labor Relations support to the Pall Deland manufacturing site. Participates in and supports the development and implementation of employee relations policies, programs, and services. Responsible for the implementation of human resources policies, programs, and services, including recruitment, legal compliance, employee engagement, and communications.

    

This position is part of the Human Resources Organization and is an on-site role based in Deland, Florida.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Delivers training programs for front line supervisors monthly, compliance with corporate training initiatives, including annual compliance training.Drives recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns/Co-Ops, and temporary employees. Participates in planning and implementation as it relates to employee relations. Provides training and coaching to all levels of management on employee relations issues.Advises associates and leaders on the latest changes to the Company's policies and practices.Implements and annual updates employee relations programs and engagement surveys, in accordance with corporate guidelines; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; administers the local employee handbook, attendance policy and state addendums.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years' experience in human resources with labor relations focus.  Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with all levels of management and employees. 

Master’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
