The Senior Human Resources Manager at BlueOval SK Battery Park in Glendale, Kentucky will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from ground up.
This role will be responsible for leading all Human Resources functions for hourly and salaried employees at the facility including, but not limited to:
Drive the organization capability in a brand-new green site by applying organizational design and change management skillsBuild a world class manufacturing team at BlueOval SK Battery Park to help drive innovation and deliver success by developing talent pipelines throughout the communityPartner with other BlueOval SK HR Managers and Manufacturing Leadership to deliver innovative people experiencesDesign HR processes and procedures to enable a competitive electric vehicle (EV) battery business framework and positive employee experiencesDesign and launch the HR Delivery model for electric vehicle (EV) battery business: Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Manufacturing Relations, Salaried Personnel, Compensation and Benefits, etc. as well as strategic alignment with key partners and stakeholdersShape the HR team at the new advanced battery facilityRepresent BlueOval SK and work with government agencies, key community partners, and other external organizationsInterface with key external stakeholders such as supplier leadership teams located at BlueOval SK Battery Park campusEnsure a successful launch of BlueOval SK Battery ParkCapabilities Required

Bachelor's required, Master's preferredBroad-base knowledge and experiences across all aspects of Human Resources including compensation planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee coaching/counseling, employee engagement, learning and development, organization development and workforce planning.Experience providing HR support to both a salaried and hourly workforceManufacturing experienceExperience delivering significant HR process improvements and/or change management efforts, preferably as a Project Manager/LeadDemonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop teamsProven self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fluid, dynamic environment, including ability to manage time and resourcesExperience working in a multicultural environment preferredExperience working in a greenfield/start-up environment while leading large scale recruitment efforts preferredAbout BlueOval SK
