JOB SUMMARY As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at the Mexicali Site. In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and leading the HR function and partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence. You will provide strategic guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development for the business. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. You will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. In this role, you will impact the organization in several ways. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. You will develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. YOU ARE A strategic HR leader - you will partner closely with business leaders to under their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. Someone who has a deep understanding of HR – You will develop and implement HR policies, processes and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and help with maintaining a collaborative and productive culture. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. An HR leader who understands employee relations – You will handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, Conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Are proactive - You will lead and manage the site HR team, drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting, lead performance management and employee development efforts. REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS + 4-8+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations. + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field + Employee Relations – skilled at conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering a respectful work environment · Recruitment & Onboarding – experience with high-volume and skilled trade hiring; effective onboarding practices · HR Compliance – strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations · HR System & Reporting – proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
