We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an experienced data savvy Senior HR generalist to serve as a critical resource for leaves, investigations, and employee relations matters. This role will also partner with the team to identify data needs, reporting and develop insights relative to the employee life cycle.
Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly dashboards to track key metrics for key stakeholders and the business.Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns to identify gaps.Produce ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests.Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and analytics.Provide data leading to more informed decision making by business leaders.Identify clear metrics and measures of success in HR training and recruiting.Provide support in sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters by gathering and analyzing evidence (electronic, physical, etc.), documenting findings, and following up with the relevant parties.Objectively debrief HR business partners and leadership on investigation findings.Document investigations and summarize findings in a report.Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave of absence regulations, including FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, statutory disability and paid family leave programs.Serve as liaison and subject matter expert for human resources, people managers, employees, and outsourced leave administrator to effectively facilitate leaves of absence.Coordinate with people managers, Legal, Human Resource Business Partners, and our external disability & absence administrator to ensure a smooth return-to-work for employees. Compose memos, documents, separations agreements etc. in combination with Legal Counsel oversight.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
