Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. The role involves optimizing performance management processes, handling HR-related projects, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with leadership to enhance employee performance and develop training programs.
ResponsibilitiesProcess FMLA, LOA, Worker Compensation claims.Analyze and ensure compliance with relevant government rules and regulations, updating management as needed.Optimize and track the performance management process and performance improvement plans.Manage performance-related and other HR projects as necessary.Prepare, update, track, and maintain HR records and reports, including policy manuals and organization charts.Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management.Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.Support benefits administration, compensation planning, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Partner with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HRIS data
Skills & QualificationsAbility to undergo blood draws every 6 months to check lead levels.Proficiency in human resources and employee relations.Experience in HR administration within a manufacturing environment.Must possess a high school diploma.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00/hr.
