In This Role, Your Responsiblities Will Be:
Partner with senior leadership to align talent strategy and workforce planning with business objectives Serve as a trusted HR advisor on employee relations, change management, organization design, and performance management Lead and support talent development efforts including leadership coaching, succession planning, and performance enablement Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, provide insights, and drive decision-making Ensure legal compliance and maintain consistent application of HR policies and procedures Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and other HR centers of excellenceWho You Are:
The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with key teams, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. This role balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our people initiatives forward, fostering a positive and responsive employee experience, and championing continuous improvement to elevate HR excellence across the business.
For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3 or more years in a strategic HR role Demonstrated success in talent development, coaching, and organizational effectiveness Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform HR strategy Experience in fast-paced, global or matrixed environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the futurePreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-tech, or innovative industry environment Demonstrated leadership managing or mentoring HRBP teams or cross-functional HR professionals Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field Track record of successfully assessing, developing, and coaching senior leaders and executive talent Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations and influencing stakeholders at all levels Strong knowledge of HR technologies, data analytics tools, and metrics-driven HR strategies Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 5-10% as neededOur Culture & Commitment To You:
