Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Everett, WA. This role is responsible for providing strategic support to the 767 Program and the Vice President (VP) of Operations.  This position develops HR strategies and solutions that meet the organization’s business priorities. 

Critical thinking and innovative problem solving along with active participation in business planning and decisions are needed to be successful.  This individual will integrate HR Solutions with broader Airplane Program strategies and tactics driving towards standards and keeping a focus on employee engagement and overall experience.  Broad focus on workforce strategy, plans for rate readiness, total rewards and incentives, culture, talent management and building capabilities of our leaders along with overall business success is key.  This role builds cross functional and cross organizational partnerships with 767 HR, enterprise functional partners, and business leaders.  You will work with a team of HR professionals to integrate and implement solutions to reduce complexities using lean principles with a focus on safety and quality.  Lastly, this role will focus on achieving organizational goals to deliver business results and commitments.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutionsEstablish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumenAid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovationEnsure solutions are consistent with organization objectivesSupport resource management, skills utilization, and forecasting of current and future Workforce requirements across the BCA functionCommunicate with HR peers and leaders on site activitiesAccountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with othersCoach all team member levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomesSupport and mentor HR generalist and other Boeing professional networks

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes5+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Human Resources certification5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal roleExperience with hourly and union workforceExperience analyzing data and metrics and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leadersExperience with software tools such as Tableau and Excel (pivot tables)Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final productExperience with manufacturing, production, and/or aerospace

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $111,350 – $163,750
