Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Windows and Devices
We are seeking a strategic Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our HR team and partner closely with the Windows and Devices (W+D) organization. The W+D team is dedicated to empowering every person on the planet to achieve more by delighting our customers through every aspect of the Windows ecosystem, providing secure and trusted solutions and best in class experiences through Copilot+ PCs. The organization is comprised of teams contributing at all layers in the client computing stack including Windows, Silicon, Devices and Supply Chain. This role will be pivotal in driving organizational design and enhancing leadership team effectiveness. The Senior HR Business Partner, Windows & Devices will have a background in HR, with a focus on strategic talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives + **Organization Design:** Lead the development and implementation of organization design initiatives to improve business performance. Assess and diagnose organizational issues and design solutions that align with business strategy + **Leadership Team Effectiveness:** Work closely with leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness. Develop and implement interventions that improve team performance and address gaps in execution + **Talent Management:** Partner with Talent Management to translate business priorities into talent management outcomes. Develop strategic talent plans and lead the execution of holistic people plans + **Change Management:** Define the direction and scope of change initiatives and lead the implementation of change management strategies + **Employee Development:** Lead the development and implementation of talent development plans for critical talent. Drive employee growth and development through effective performance management and coaching. + **Embody** our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 7+ years experience in experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management); OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 4+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management); OR equivalent experience. + 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational design and leadership development. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP). + Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Project management skills. + Proven experience in strategic HR partnership and talent management. + Analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficient communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders. + Experience in change management and organizational development. HR Business Partnership IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
