Senior Human Resources Associate
Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals Assist in monitoring and supporting the achievement of team KPIs to help maintain high performance standards Contribute to data-driven HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance tracking Take the lead on day-to-day recruitment efforts—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection with relevant teams Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet evolving hiring needs Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience Support employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially Help promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and coworking days Assist in the communication and enforcement of HR policies and protocols, ensuring alignment with labor laws and internal standards Monitor attendance records and timekeeping systems, flagging inconsistencies and supporting resolution Provide administrative support for compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes Help develop programs that support employee engagement, growth, and retention, while tracking progress and impact Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the team Maintain confidentiality and organization of HR-related documents, records, and employee files
