We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HSSE Advisor to join the Team on our Woodman Point Project site! In this role, you will be accountable for the day-to-day coordination of site based HSE governance activities including walking out in the field to maintain compliance and provide the construction team support to ensure that the project maintains a healthy and safe working environment for all personnel, in accordance with Clough Webuild Health & Safety Management system and client specifications.
Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Your focus will include:
Provide advice and support to the construction management team to ensure compliance with statutory, Company and client HSE obligations Implementation of Health & Safety (HSE) plans and subsidiary systems documentation Direct communication of HSE issues / standards to ensure all employees have a clear understanding of the HSSE requirements Coaching/mentoring of employees to ensure risk is as low as reasonably practicable Assist in the development and maintenance of the Area HSE Activity Schedule Coordinate implementation of the HSE Activity Schedule and initiatives, including but not necessarily limited to: HSSE Compliance Audits to (ASNZS 4801; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001) standards Workplace Inspections Emergency Drills and Exercises Support the area HSE team and ensure they are properly resourced to meet the obligations of the HSE Activity Schedule
