The HSE Senior Supervisor is responsible for supervising the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs

• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness for incidents or accidents.
• Lead and support incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and
preventive actions.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and permits.
• Supervise the delivery of HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure HSE is integrated into planning and execution.
• Monitor environmental compliance related to emissions, waste management, and spill control.
• Prepare regular reports and metrics on HSE performance for senior management review.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the safety culture and minimize incidents. Job Requirements - Experience and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent
experience in warehouse safety operations and/or recognized safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO
45001) will also be considered.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and train others.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Proficient in HSE reporting systems and MS Office Suite.NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent.
•Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and safety management systems.
•Emergency response coordination experience.
•Knowledge of environmental impact management and sustainability practices.
•Experience working with multicultural teams in high-risk environments.
