Are you an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with a passion for aviation? We are seeking a Senior HSE Business Partner to support our operations across multiple sites within our aviation cluster. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) standards while fostering strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nOversee HSE and BCM compliance across various locations including Luton, Gatwick, Bristol, Manchester, and Liverpool.\nProvide expert advice, guidance, and support to ensure all sites comply with relevant statutory legislation.\nDrive business standardization and assist in maintaining adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and other relevant HSE & BCM policies.\nCollaborate with site management teams to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement of HSE & BCM standards.\nAttend Health & Safety Senior Leadership meetings as required, contributing to strategic discussions and initiatives.\nCultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with our customers to enhance safety practices.\n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nProven experience in an aviation H&S role is essential.\nNEBOSH General Certificate is a mandatory requirement for this role.\nStrong ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders is beneficial.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, with flexibility to travel between required sites.\n\n
