组织发展与设计 | Organizational Development and Design
诊断组织现状,设计并实施组织发展项目,包括组织结构优化、人才盘点和能力建设。支持业务部门进行组织设计与变革管理,确保变革顺利落地并提升组织效能。提供组织健康度分析,协助业务部门制定长期发展战略。Diagnose organizational status and design OD projects, including organizational structure optimization, talent review, and capability building.Support business units in organizational design and change management, ensuring smooth implementation and enhanced organizational effectiveness.Provide organizational health analysis and assist business units with long-term development strategies.变革管理 | Change Management
主导或支持关键变革项目,制定变革计划并推动实施。通过变革沟通与文化建设,帮助业务部门应对变革中的挑战。监控变革进程,提供及时反馈和解决方案。Lead or support key change initiatives, develop change plans, and drive implementation.Facilitate change through effective communication and cultural alignment, helping business units navigate challenges during transitions.Monitor change progress and provide timely feedback and solutions.人才管理与发展 | Talent Management and Development
与业务领导合作,制定并实施人才发展计划,包括关键岗位继任计划和领导力发展。识别关键人才需求,推动人才吸引、保留和发展策略。提供基于数据的洞察,优化人才管理决策。Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement talent development plans, including succession planning and leadership development.Identify critical talent needs and drive strategies for talent attraction, retention, and development.Provide data-driven insights to optimize talent management decisions.业务合作与支持 | Business Partnership and Support
深入理解业务战略,提供人力资源解决方案以支持业务目标达成。作为业务部门的HR顾问,为领导团队提供专业建议。通过数据分析和市场洞察,支持业务部门解决复杂的组织和人力资源问题。Deeply understand business strategies and provide HR solutions to support business objectives.Act as an HR advisor to business leaders, providing professional guidance.Leverage data analysis and market insights to address complex organizational and HR challenges.任职要求 | Requirements
教育背景 | Education:
人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业本科及以上学历。硕士学历优先考虑。Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.Master’s degree preferred.工作经验 | Work Experience:
至少10年以上人力资源工作经验,其中包括3年以上HRBP或组织发展相关经验。咨询公司或先进医疗器械行业背景优先。Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in HRBP or organizational development roles.Background in consulting firms or advanced medical device industries is preferred.专业技能 | Professional Skills:
深入了解组织发展(OD)理论与实践,包括组织设计、变革管理和绩效优化。熟悉人才管理、领导力发展和继任计划。具备数据分析能力,能够通过数据驱动决策。Strong knowledge of OD theories and practices, including organizational design, change management, and performance optimization.Familiarity with talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.Proficient in data analysis and capable of driving decisions through data insights.个人能力 | Personal Competencies:
