The HR Global Process Design Team within Corporate HR MKS plays a central role in supporting the agenda of the CHRO and HR Leadership Team. As a key element of the HR Strategic Plan, MKS HR will document all HR processes following a holistic framework to document, improve and understand all HR activities.
As Senior HR Transformation Specialist (m/f/d) you will be part of a truly global, tight-knit, and motivated team, and enjoy the opportunity to drive the success of HR and MKS as a corporation. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager HR, located in Berin Germany, who reports to the Senior Director Talent and Org Development in Houston, USA. The work will be carried out mainly virtually and requires a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, depending on strategic needs.
This position is based in APAC but includes Global and Regional responsibilities. The role drives localization and rollout activities in the region and as well as Global HR Process Design activities, like process designs, validations, rollout, training, and enabling tool implementations.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Collaborate with Global HR CoE Leaders and Local HR leaders in region on localization and rollout of HR Processes
Deliver localizations across various processes to assess localization requests, based on HR Governance criteria's: Compliance, Business criticality, Efficiency gains and Data governance
Monitor and enhance Local HR documentation across the region and support Continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs in the region, guiding stakeholders to available knowledge base and drive adoption via training
Contribute in projects to improve process, systems or services in HR to support the CHRO agenda
Be a change agent within the company and help identify areas for improvement
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, science or comparable.
Requires 4+ years’ experience, ideally in a consulting firm or as part of a HR transformation project of a multinational corporation
Excellent understanding and ability to drive process design projects, including workshop preparation, execution and stakeholder engagement
Experience authoring in at least 1 process design solution, like Celonis, ARIS, Signavio, Visio or similar
Excellent knowledge of Human Resources and its interaction with related processes (Finance, IT, Legal).
Proven project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others, build consensus, and drive change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
