**What is the job about?**
The Labor Relation Specialist is responsible for all kind of Labor Relations topic in Hungary, like advising managers and HR Business Partners on labor and employment law, collective agreements, local agreements, implementation and operationalization of new legislation, handling employee cases. You will also be responsible for educating HR Service to comply with local regulation & processes.
**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Ensure that Grundfos complies with Hungarian labor laws and regulations.
+ Act as an advisor in individual cases with potential legal impact, keeping Grundfos' values in mind.
+ Advise on major organizational development activities with potential legal impact.
+ Prepare and approve employee disciplinary actions, such as written warnings or dismissals.
+ Resolve conflicts and provide advice on legal issues.
+ Be responsible for educating HR people, especially HR Service employees in labor processes.
+ Drive and participate in key projects in Hungary related to compliance.
+ Supporting the maintenance, application and development of HR-related processes.
**Your background** :
We imagine that you have:
+ Degree in Labor Law
+ Experience in providing advice within labor and employment law
+ Experience from an international company with global and local processes
+ Experience from a production company
+ Fluent in English & Hungarian
