Senior HR Services Administrator with German
As a Lead HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services to our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing employee data and records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. By providing efficient and effective HR support, you will contribute to creating a seamless employee experience and enabling the success of our workforce. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization. + Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within HR. + Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational success. YOU MUST HAVE + Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery. + C1 knowledge of German language. + Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. + Understanding of HR systems and technology. + Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
