The Team
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Project Manager to lead and support complex HR initiatives across Hitachi Digital. This role will focus on driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional HR projects, and supporting the transformation of our global HR programs to align with the company’s growth and digital ambitions.
The Role
-Lead and manage strategic HR programs and projects that align with our business and HR goals, from initiation through delivery
-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
-Partner closely with HR leaders, COEs, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
-Facilitate workshops, updates, and communication across global teams
-Apply change management frameworks to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems or processes.
-Support communication, training, and engagement strategies.
-Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Proactively monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate where needed.
-Assess and improve existing HR processes and tools for greater efficiency and user experience.
-Champion data-driven decision-making and digital enablement within HR.
What You’ll Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
-5+ years of experience in HR project or program management in a global or matrixed environment.
-Demonstrated experience managing Workday or similar HCM system projects.
-Strong knowledge of HR processes (talent, performance, compensation, organizational development).
-Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is highly desirable.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across geographies.
