Your Purpose

You’ll be the go-to partner for our teams, creating a dynamic people ecosystem that supports every moment that matters—from onboarding to career milestones. You’ll deliver value at every touchpoint, offering strategic HR support and leading initiatives that shape the future of work at adidas.

 

What You’ll Do

Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, guiding them through policies, performance, and engagement. Coach and mentor leaders to own their people responsibilities with confidence and clarity. Bring the People Strategy to life in your area—driving change, enabling new organizational designs, and building future-ready teams. Partner with experts to develop skills and capabilities, and operationalize workforce planning. Use data and dashboards to spot trends and drive informed decisions. Build strong succession pipelines and develop leadership talent. Ensure our people processes are executed with excellence and tailored communication. Respond swiftly to employee and manager needs—whether it’s a question, concern, or opportunity. Support leaders in all aspects of their people responsibilities—from performance reviews to development planning. Possibility to lead a small team– you should be an aspiring HR Leader with a natural affinity to managing people

What You Bring

Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business strategy Proven consulting skills—able to broker solutions and influence outcomes A collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and developing others Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills A future-focused approach—open to innovation and change Fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus

 

Your Background

University degree (preferably in HR or related field) 6–7 years of progressive HR experience, in an international setting Experience living and working abroad (study or internship) is a bonus
