**About the role** As a Senior HR Manager, you will make an impact by leading and managing the human resources functions within the organization, ensuring that global and local HR strategies align with the overall business goals. **In this role, you will:** + Be a trusted advisor to the business providing guidance, insights and solutions for matters across the HR agenda. + Develop and deploy HR programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labour laws. + Partner with the HR Centres of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Talent Development, Talent Mobilization, Benefits, Diversity & Inclusiveness and HR Services to support the business on key processes and initiatives throughout the year. + Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. + Collaborate with our nearshore and offshore HR transactional services teams to ensure all processes, administration and payroll input is managed effectively and in alignment with global standards and local requirements + Ensure HR compliance, safeguarding employee relations, and maintaining frameworks and company policies aligned to the local legislation and employee representative. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in the Cognizant office in Budapest.
