Danfoss Climate Solutions, a global market leader in the field of climate and energy solutions, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to drive and execute on our Global People & Organizational strategy and lead a team of HR professionals and People Partners across various European locations
In this Senior HR Manager role, you will drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
You will report to the Lead HR Business Partner for the part of Climate Solutions that your organization primarily supports to ensure a close connection to the business, while working closely together DCS HR Community as well as our AskHR service organization.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five HR professionals, some working remotely. Set clear objectives and ensure alignment with broader HR and business strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team check-ins and ensure seamless communication across locations. Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to shape organizational and workforce development. Drive change management initiatives and cultural transformation programs and support global HR strategic initiative implementation Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with employment laws across European countries. Oversee implementation and use of HR tools and systems (e.g., PeopleNow, Service Hub). Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess team effectiveness and business impact. Employee Lifecycle Management: Champion best-in-class practices onboarding, and retention. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and learning & development. Support merger & acquisition integration processes and organizational restructuring. Aligning HR practices with business priorities while enhancing employee experience.
