We are looking for a talented individual to join our Asia HR team in Singapore. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office.
As the Senior HR Manager, you will coach and support leadership and managers to enhance people management throughout the employee lifecycle. You will advise on people matters in a strategic HR function and collaborate with HR professionals across various businesses, with opportunities for project involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage human capital initiatives aligned with business plans and Asia & MMC People strategy.Recommend and lead change initiatives for specific client groups.Ensure effective execution of actions from organizational redesign.Provide local insights (Singapore) to inform strategic solutions for workforce planning, succession, and performance management.Support talent management programs, including performance management, coaching, training, career development, and diversity initiatives.Guide People Managers to drive colleague engagement and improve it in collaboration with the business.Collaborate with the Employee Relations (ER) team to resolve employee relations issues with minimal risk.Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and performance improvement processes.Consult with People Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to improve delivery methods, considering regional nuances.Support leaders across various HR activities, including performance management, skills development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.Coordinate HR program rollouts, including well-being and diversity initiatives.Build strong relationships with functional teams (Finance, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to align people and business strategies.Manage ad hoc requests for key HR metrics from senior leadership.What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR management, project management, or organizational effectiveness.Knowledge of local laws and regulations.Experience with Workday is preferred.Strong analytical skills to develop actionable insights.In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and best practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel as required.What Makes You Stand Out:
