The Senior HR Generalist/HR Generalist role blends tactical support with strategic insight, helping to integrate P&C initiatives with business priorities and streamline P&C service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience with Workday manager, employee self service and case management tools is essential. Understanding strategic objectives and collaborating with CoE’s and SPBP/PBP to define & implement solutions to meet the objectives. Build strong relationships stakeholders to foster collaboration. Coordinating and managing projects to address people challenges or build capability. Supporting and delivering change initiatives (including M&A) within the organization, managing change effectively and ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes. Coaching & supporting the development of line managers to become people leaders Supporting first time appointed managers. Supporting with Returns to Work. Leveraging People metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Using insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Undertaking complex employee relations & case management activities as needed. Proactively encouraging the use of self-service tools and portal by all employees and managers. Resolving escalated manager and employees' queries in an effectively and timely manner. Collaborating to deliver effective people solutions, programs & initiatives, providing specifically: Support with recognition schemes & compensation. Input and review of local hiring plans. Supporting with Immigration including Visa’s.
