The Sr. HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner provides Human Resources support across the community to team members, managers, and directors, helping to create a culture that recognizes and rewards performance while encouraging professional development. Job Responsibilities: + Partner with managers and team members to ensure engagement at all level s. + Provide guidance to managers on policy interpretation and performance management. + Assist with coaching and team development; conduct or advise on investigations and disciplinary actions. + Serve as an active member of the Safety Committee, promoting a strong safety culture. + In collaboration with the Benefits Specialist, provide guidance on leave and benefit programs including FMLA, STD, LTD, and Workers Compensation. + Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation. Basic Hiring Criteria + Bachelor's degree preferred. + 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a clinical or healthcare setting. + Experience in senior living is a plus but not required. + Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations. + Excellent planning, organizational, and support skills. + Demonstrated ability to think critically and handle confidential information with discretion. + Proven ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. + Proficiency in computer systems, including timekeeping and HRIS platforms.
