**Description**
Sr. HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical HR functions, including performance management, compliance, talent acquisition, HR systems management, and employee separations. This role will involve partnering with managers across the organization to ensure seamless HR operations, from recruitment to offboarding, while driving compliance and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:
2. Oversee and manage the annual goal-setting process to ensure alignment with company objectives.
3. Facilitate the 9-Box talent review process, tracking, analyzing, and communicating talent assessments to ensure proper talent development.
4. Work closely with managers to ensure timely and effective performance reviews, feedback, and development planning.
5. Compliance and Employee Relations:
6. Administer the disciplinary action process, ensuring all actions are documented and comply with company policies and legal standards.
7. Manage the administration of employee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
8. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
9. Talent Acquisition:
10. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions across the organization, from sourcing to hiring.
11. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
12. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks.
13. Conduct interviews, provide candidate recommendations, and manage the offer process to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and the company.
14. HR Systems:
15. Manage employee data changes in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely updates related to hires, job changes, promotions, and exits.
16. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes within HR systems, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
17. Serve as the go-to resource for HR system troubleshooting and assist employees and managers with HRIS-related questions and issues.
18. Exit and Separation:
19. Manage the employee separation process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
20. Prepare and review separation agreements, ensuring clarity and consistency in terms of final pay, benefits, and other relevant details.
21. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR systems.
+ Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
+ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
+ Strong experience with SAP HR modules or similar HRIS systems.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
+ Experience with performance management tools and processes.
+ Background in managing employee exits and separation agreements.
+ Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms and tools.
