Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team at the Remscheid site, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) who, with solid experience in a manufacturing environment, will shape and drive all HR activities. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the management team and serve as the first point of contact for leaders and employees, with a special focus on production areas and processes.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Leading and developing the HR team, including coaching and mentoring employees Acting as a strategic advisor to management on all HR-related topics, especially within the production environment Collaborating closely with the works council and contributing to company agreements Driving talent and performance management as well as organizational development initiatives Supporting and implementing change processes in production areas Contributing to European HR projects and implementing global initiatives locally Managing the local HR department, including budget control and reporting Ensuring smooth processes in close collaboration with Payroll and Shared Services   Who You Are:

You are an experienced HR leader who understands the specific requirements of a manufacturing company. With empathy and determination, you combine hands-on HR work with strategic foresight. You are a strong communicator, act with integrity, and deliver practical solutions even in complex situations.
 

For This Role, You Will Need: University degree (e.g. Psychology, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including several years in a leadership role Extensive HR management experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with a strong focus on production processes Solid knowledge of German labor and works constitution law Experience in change management, organizational development, and close collaboration with works councils Strong written and spoken German and English skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: In-depth knowledge of HR and organizational processes in manufacturing environments Experience with international projects and matrix organizations Strong communication and consulting skills at all levels Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for driving things forward
