If this sounds like an exciting job for you, we encourage your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Defining and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and Emerson People strategy + Providing HR expertise and support to Leadership + Supervising payroll & HR administration activities for the site and ensuring full compliance with local legislation and Emerson standards + Managing the salary planning process per Emerson guidelines and requirements + Cooperating with the unions and employee representative bodies + Coordinating Talent Acquisition activities including onboarding of new employees + Collaborating with management on performance management, talent development, and organization planning + Implementing initiatives to continuously improve employee experience and employee engagement **Who You Are:** You gain the confidence and trust of others easily, working through formal and informal channels to build broad-based relationships and support, negotiating skilfully to create minimal noise when working toward a solution.
