Senior HR Business Partner for IT (m/f/d)

Join Liebherr as we embark on an exciting journey to establish a new IT Service Center with focus on SAP expertise in the heart of Madrid - Spain. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to support our management in the setup phase and beyond in all strategic and operative HR tasks. Together with our HR4IT team in Germany, you will recruit the future IT team, you take care of development and talent management of the IT specialists and shape a culture according to Liebherr values and principles. In all operative HR tasks, you will work closely together with our local HR Shared Service Center in Spain. 

Creating passion: your responsibilities Establishing the IT Service Center: Work hand in hand with the management team to develop an effective organization, stable HR processes and an attractive working environment at our new location in Madrid Recruitment and Talent Management: Support us in building a skilled IT Team, specialised in SAP S/4 HANA and IT Security Leadership Understanding: Consult, coach and support our leadership team in establishing leadership culture according to Liebherr’s Leadership principles Employee Development: Implement training and career development programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning Communication and Culture Building: Promote a supportive and inclusive work culture, ensuring effective and transparent communication across teams and departments. Foster positive team values that motivate and engage people Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with HR4IT in Germany to align HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of processes and practices. Being aligned to a HR service provider for operational HR tasks Contributing your strengths: your qualifications Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR business partner role, preferably within an IT and SAP S/4 HANA environment. Experience in HR practices, building teams and managing recruitment processes is essential Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Mindset: Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, willing to create and to design in alignment with standardises HR practices Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a diverse and international environment Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus Our commitment to you: your benefits
