**Job Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide strategic HR business partnering support, lead and execute compensation and benefits programs, and manage payroll operations. This role requires stakeholder engagement, strong analytical capabilities, and operational excellence to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with business goals. **Job Responsibilities:** + Build strong relationships across departments to ensure HR programs are aligned with business needs and improve overall value/satisfaction. + Support ad hoc assigned by HR Leader, including performance management cycles, goal management, employee engagement initiatives, and change management efforts. + Utilize HR analytics and AI tools to drive continues optimization improvement, support decision-making and enhance HR operational efficiency. + Manage end-to-end local payroll processing, including data collection, calculation, system inputs, and reporting. Ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies. + Administer benefits programs, including insurance, pension, leave systems, and wellness initiatives.
