Get to Know Your Team: UT Health East Texas is comprised of 9 hospitals, more than 90 clinics, nearly 7,500 employees and over 1,000 licensed inpatient beds. We provide healthcare services through our hospitals, clinics, Level 1 trauma facility, air emergency fleet and EMS service. Responsibilities The Senior HR Business Partner ensures alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives for their client group. The Sr. HRBP brings a keen understanding of the business’s strategy and consults with department leaders to develop solutions to talent issues and opportunities. The Sr. HRBP is responsible for supporting managers and directors and their respective teams to drive results based on business strategy and objectives. The position collaborates across the field HR function and with COE teams to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the facility, market, and region. The Sr. HRBP will mentor and/or supervise HRBPs in their market and provide opportunities to grow and develop their skillset. This role includes direct support of Ambulatory areas at UT Health Tyler, including physician services, urgent care, and outpatient services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience including supporting Directors and above, extensive experience of operating in a business partner model to create positive business outcomes. 2+ years consulting with leaders. Experience facilitating meetings, discussions, and programs (training content). SHRM certified and/or extensive knowledge of current Human Resources practices, principles, and trends. #LI-AG1
