Reporting into the HR Director GALP, you will act as a strategic partner for our leadership team across four key office locations (Idstein, Saarbrücken [Germany], Austria & Switzerland), supporting the achievement of our goals through innovative HR strategies. You will serve as an advisor and coach for managers and employees whilst actively contributing to fostering a positive, productive work atmosphere. Additionally, you will need to excel in navigating a dynamic business landscape, showing resilience and adaptability while effectively managing change for yourself, your team, and the business.
