In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of impactful HR strategies that align with Sedgwick’s global goals and local needs. Collaborating closely with our Centers of Expertise, you’ll drive people focused initiatives that elevate the employee experience, support business performance, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a forward-thinking, collaborative environment at a globally respected organization. **_What are my accountabilities?_** + **Strategic HR Partnership** + Collaborate with business units and functional leaders to align CR initiatives with business needs. + Translate business challenges into people’s solutions that support organisational effectiveness. + Support the embedding of Sedgwick’s culture and values across the region + **Operational Excellence** + Deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across business units in partnership with HR Centres of excellences (CoEs) + Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements. + Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with global frameworks. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience + **Employee Engagement & Experience** + Partner with CoEs to implement engagement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive culture. + Use data insights (e.g., engagement surveys, feedback tools) to identify opportunities for improvement. + Support initiatives that promote wellbeing, recognition, and career development. + **Collaboration with Global HR Functions** + Work closely with CoEs in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Reward, Payroll, and Shared Services to deliver integrated CR solutions. + Ensure local alignment with global programs while tailoring initiatives to meet regional needs. + Provide feedback to CoEs to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of global initiatives. + **Change Leadership & Transformation** + Support local change management initiatives and organisational transformation efforts. + Promote a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. + Collaborate with CR CoEs and business stakeholders to evolve and implement optimal technology solutions—such as Workday—in alignment with international processes and standards. **_About you_** : + Generalist HR management experience, adept at influencing senior leaders. + Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. + Demonstrated success in Employee Relations (ER) case management. + Exposure to supporting organizational change (business and culture). + Experience in a matrix organization. + Proficiency in HR systems, ideally with prior experience in Workday. + Experience within professional services, insurance or brokerage industries an advantage **Caring Culture** It’s at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
