As a senior HR Business Analyst, you'll be embedded within our global HR Business Partnering team, supporting over 100 HR Business Partners who influence decisions across 40+ countries. You'll bring data-driven insights to complex workforce challenges that impact thousands of employees and leaders worldwide. Our team combines strategic HR expertise with analytical rigor to drive meaningful change. While you'll be the dedicated analyst within the team, you'll collaborate with analytics colleagues across HR, ensuring decisions are powered by robust insights.
