Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics solutions for complex HR challenges, from problem definition to implementation
- Drive data-driven decision making through sophisticated analysis and compelling storytelling
- Design and implement scalable solutions using expert-level SQL transformations
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership (up to VP level)
- Champion data quality and analytical best practices across the organization
- Mentor team members in business analysis and technical skills
A day in the life
Imagine starting your morning by diving into workforce analytics, uncovering insights that will shape our organization's future. By mid-morning, you're presenting findings to senior HR stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations. Your afternoon might involve enhancing data platforms with technical teams, mentoring junior analysts, or working with regional HR teams to align global solutions with local needs. You'll move fluidly between deep analytical work and strategic discussions, building relationships across HR Leadership, Regional Partners, and Technical teams. It's a role that combines technical depth with strategic thinking, driving data-driven decisions across our organization.
About the team
As a senior HR Business Analyst, you'll be embedded within our global HR Business Partnering team, supporting over 100 HR Business Partners who influence decisions across 40+ countries. You'll bring data-driven insights to complex workforce challenges that impact thousands of employees and leaders worldwide. Our team combines strategic HR expertise with analytical rigor to drive meaningful change. While you'll be the dedicated analyst within the team, you'll collaborate with analytics colleagues across HR, ensuring decisions are powered by robust insights. It's an environment where your expertise will directly shape global people strategies while developing your business acumen.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in financial/business analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
