As a Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager, you will coach, support, and advise Leadership and Managers aiming to develop and enhance the quality of people management throughout the colleague lifecycle.
You will have the opportunity to counsel on people matters in a company where the people function is a strategic partner and collaborate with a community of HR professionals across several businesses, with the potential to be involved in project work.
We will count on you to:
Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers across the full range of activities in the HR portfolio, including but not limited to performance management, skills and competence development, learning, succession planning, absence/leave management, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with board members and senior leadership to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Coordinate the rollout and delivery of HR programs, including well-being initiatives and diversity programs.
Support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievances, and appeals.
Cultivate strong relationships with functional teams (Finance, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) and support the alignment between people and business strategies.
Manage ad hoc requests on key HR metrics from Senior Leadership
What you need to have:
Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English.
5+ years of relevant experience in HR.
Understanding of local laws and regulations.
Experience with Workday is preferred.
Willingness to work from the office at least three days per week.

Experience in supporting managers with employee relations case management.
Demonstrated ability to coach people managers at various levels in the business effectively through all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
