Respond to questions on basic administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions Center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat and case management system). Answer basic HR policy-related and system-related questions for both managers and employees and coworkers, and escalate as appropriate. Perform higher level administrative processes involving some evaluation of accuracy and completeness. (40%)
Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems. Confidently assist clients with performing basic self-service transactions. (25%)
Review and release employee-related communications and announcements. Coordinate employee-wellbeing health talk sessions. Prepare APAC public holiday calendar. (25%)
Continuously suggest process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%)
