Any unsolicited resumes, including those submitted to hiring managers or other business leaders, will become the property of WSP and WSP will have the right to hire that candidate without reservation – no fee or other compensation will be owed or paid to the recruiter, employment agency, or other staffing service._ • Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including Horizon (Oracle Fusion Cloud), employee surveys, and other relevant systems and data sources. • Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity, delivering statistical outcomes primarily through reporting. • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities. • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics to meet their needs. • Provide HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives. • Monitor HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary. • Stay updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities. • Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including Horizon enhancements, wider process improvements, and automation in collaboration with the HR Systems Manager. • Collaborate in the management of HR Analytics projects with suppliers. • Maintain the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality in compliance with GDPR regulations in handling HR data. • Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes. • Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis. • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word and Power Point) and analysis and visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI) to create compelling dashboards and reports. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation. • Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including correlation analysis, regression, and predictive modelling. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analysing HR data. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, both face to face and virtually. • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR data analysis trends, tools, and best practices. • Desire to learn and to collaborate, proactive and able to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges. • Good communication skills and fully proficient in English, both oral and written. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is advantageous but not a pre-requisite. • Experience in the HR domain or working closely with HR stakeholders is preferred.
